2. Delivery Policy – dispatch time is normally within two working days apart from made to measure items which will take longer especially in the height of Show Seasons. Items are normally sent by Royal Mail and are sent First Class apart from Books and DVDs which are sent second class. High value items will be sent Recorded Delivery or International signed for.
3. Refund / Cancelation Policy – Any item not suitable for purpose can be returned in its original condition within 10 days for refund or exchange, but please notify me if you are doing this.
You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.
This should be done in writing or through another durable medium such as email.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must take reasonable care of the goods from the time you receive them until you return them to us.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.
